- Lock the date with a free 48-hour hold.
- Confirm guest count and pick the tent size.
- Decide ceremony and reception locations in the yard.
4 weeks out
- Choose draping, lighting and centerpieces.
- Confirm tables, chairs and linens.
- Book sound for ceremony audio and the first dance.
Week of
- Mark the tent footprint and check sprinkler lines.
- Confirm the rain plan: sidewalls and extra lighting.
We install the day before or the morning of, style everything, and remove it the same night so your yard is clear.
