1. Who we are

DecoEvent ATL Multiservices LLC ("DecoEvent ATL", "we") rents tents, tables, chairs, bounce houses, decor, sound, lighting and taco catering for outdoor and at-home events within a 40-mile radius of Pendergrass, Georgia. Contact: info@decoeventatl.com · WhatsApp +1 (678) 815-8774.

2. Data we collect

• Contact data you submit: full name, phone, email.
• Event data: date, time, exact event address, city and ZIP, guest count, event type, requested items.
• Conversation data: the complete transcript of chat or WhatsApp conversations with our assistant.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and analytics events (GA4 / Google Tag Manager).
• Age or identity verification results when you choose "Verify with Wallet on the web": we receive only the verification outcome and the minimum data fields listed on our Wallet verification page.

3. Why we use it

To answer quote requests, confirm availability, prepare and deliver rentals, take deposits, send booking confirmations and reminders, comply with Georgia law, and prevent fraud or underage rentals of age-restricted goods and services.

4. Third parties that collect or retain data

Each processor keeps its own privacy policy:

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising profiling.

5. Retention

Quote requests, bookings and conversation transcripts are kept for up to 24 months for service history and accounting. Age or identity verification results are kept only as a pass/fail record with a timestamp, for up to 12 months; we never store document images or document numbers.

6. Your choices

Write to info@decoeventatl.com to access, correct or delete your data, or to opt out of marketing messages. Verification is always optional: if you prefer not to use Wallet, our staff can verify age or identity in person at delivery.

7. Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Bookings must be made by an adult.

8. Changes

We publish updates on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes are announced by email to customers with an active booking.
