How many people fit in a 20x40 tent?
The 20x40 tent seats 64 to 80 guests and holds up to 100 cocktail style. At 64 seated you still have room for a 15x15 dance floor and a food station.
What is included in the Taquiza catering service?
It includes on-site cooking with fresh ingredients: grilled meat, hot tortillas, salsas and toppings, served in front of your guests. It can be combined with servers and a drink station.
How far in advance should I book my date?
We recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks ahead; spring and fall weekends fill up first. If your date is close, message us anyway — cancellations do open up.
What happens if I need to cancel after paying the deposit?
Work directly with your representative: we reschedule your date when availability allows. The exact deposit terms are confirmed in writing on your quote before you pay.
Do you work indoors?
No. DecoEvent ATL works outdoor and at-home events only: backyards, gardens, driveways and private grounds inside our service radius.
What is the minimum project amount?
The project minimum is $1,500. Every quote is delivered in writing with a full breakdown of tent, furniture, decor and services before any payment.
How does the 48-hour hold work?
Once you pick your date we hold it free for 48 hours while you review the quote. If it is not confirmed with a deposit in that window, the date reopens.
What cities do you cover?
We are based in Pendergrass, Georgia and cover 40+ cities within a 40-mile radius: Jefferson, Winder, Braselton, Gainesville, Buford, Athens, Flowery Branch, Dacula, Auburn, Hoschton, Commerce, Suwanee and more.
Do you serve customers in Spanish?
Yes. Our whole team is bilingual: quoting, install and day-of service in Spanish or English, whichever you prefer.
What happens if it rains on my event day?
Tents are installed with optional sidewalls and reinforced anchoring. We track the forecast with you and adjust the layout or install time as needed.
