Verify with Wallet on the web

Simplify identity verification on our website. Customers who keep an ID in the Apple Wallet app can confirm their age or identity on decoeventalt.com with "Verify with Wallet on the web". This configuration is declared per brand and applies to DecoEvent ATL Multiservices LLC only. This page is maintained by DecoEvent ATL and is not an independent certification.

Data types

Verification data type selected for our website. It applies to all countries and regions we serve.

Verification data type	Age over 18 / age over 21 (attribute check only) and, when a signature is required on a rental agreement, name and date of birth. We never request or store the document image, the document number, or the full address.

Good or service	Outdoor and at-home event rentals delivered within a 40-mile radius of Pendergrass, Georgia: party tents and canopies, tables and chairs, linens and draping, sound and lighting, bounce houses and water slides, and taco catering stations. Verification is required for (a) the adult renter who signs the rental agreement and accepts liability for the equipment, (b) bounce house and water slide rentals, where an adult supervisor of legal age must be on site, and (c) any event where a bar/beverage service area is set up, which is restricted to renters aged 21 or over.
Verification process	The customer requests a quote or a date on decoeventalt.com/booking and reaches the rental-agreement step. If the order includes an age-restricted item, the site shows the "Verify with Wallet" button. The customer may instead choose in-person verification at delivery; verification with Wallet is always optional. Apple Wallet presents a consent sheet listing exactly the fields requested (age attribute, and name plus date of birth only when a signature is required). Nothing is sent unless the customer approves it. Our server receives the signed verification result over HTTPS, checks that the attribute satisfies the threshold for the requested item (18+ or 21+), and records only: result (pass/fail), threshold used, timestamp, and the booking reference. On pass, the booking continues to deposit and delivery scheduling. On fail, the age-restricted items are removed from the order and our staff contacts the customer by WhatsApp or email to offer an adult co-signer. Verification records are retained for 12 months for liability and audit purposes and are then deleted. Document images and document numbers are never stored, logged or shared.
